Learn Why I Became a Ready Responder

Sadie, Ready Responder

Hear from Our Team

“I’m very excited to come to work and get to create and train responders to serve. That is what we do. That is why we all got into this job, to serve.”

– Patti Taylor,
Operations and Training Manager - Louisiana

"My favorite part about working with Ready has to be meeting the amount of people that I do and being able to do something for them. I really enjoy every single visit from Ready at Discharge calls to the COVID-19 visits; they are all unique experiences."

Wilmy Nunez, Ready New York Responder

“I love the phenomenal management we have here in the NCR. Besides that, being able to collaborate/coordinate care with some amazing clinicians is a 5-star experience.”

Katherine Osere, Ready Washington, D.C. Responder

“I’m very excited to come to work and get to create and train responders to serve. That is what we do. That is why we all got into this job, to serve.”

– Patti Taylor,
Ready New Orleans Responder

“I became a Ready Responder because I wanted to make a difference in people’s life.”

– Tatiana Espinoza,
Ready New Orleans Responder

“The mission of Ready is to provide high-quality health care to everyone, no matter socioeconomic status. That's important to me because I am from this community and I know how unfair access is to quality here. I'm proud to go out in service of my family members, my friends and my community.”

– Kelly Scott, Operations & Training Manager
